About the SPF Grant
Ten regions throughout the state received grant funds to implement evidence-based strategies at the local level to reduce the harm caused by underage drinking and young adult binge drinking.
Funds for Bridges to Prevention are managed by the Health First Family Care Center in Franklin, NH.
Sub-grants to local organizations and coalitions will be granted in November of 2008 and are expected to be used by the community by June 30, 2009.
A one year extension is under consideration to release additional funds to the the region through June 30, 2010.
